Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Pipling extension and website, provided by Pointerflow LLC ("we"). By using Pipling you agree to them.
Using Pipling
- Pipling is free to play. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live to make purchases.
- Do not cheat, tamper with the game's data, exploit bugs for advantage or interfere with the service. Gems, purchases, leaderboards and season points are decided by our servers.
- Keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under it.
Virtual items
Coins, gems, eggs, cosmetics and Questlings are virtual items with no cash value. You get a licence to use them in Pipling; they are not property and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. Where an item involves chance, the odds are shown before you pay.
Quest Pass and purchases
- Quest Pass is a recurring subscription that renews until cancelled. Cancel any time from Account > Purchases; you keep the perks until the end of the paid period.
- Prices are shown before you buy. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
- Refunds: gem packs within 14 days if the gems are unspent; Quest Pass unused time if charged in the last 48 hours. Your local consumer law may give you more.
Your content
Display names and messages you submit must be lawful and not abusive. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.
Service changes
We may update, add or remove features, and we try to give notice of significant changes. If we end the service we will give notice and, where we can, a way to export your data.
Warranty and liability
Pipling is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
