Download your data or delete your account

Download your data

Go to Account > Privacy and choose Download my data (JSON). You get one file with your save, purchases, friends and settings. The download link is valid for 24 hours, and you can export once a day.

Delete your account

1. Open Account > Privacy and scroll to the Danger zone.
2. Choose Delete account & save and type DELETE to confirm.

What happens next:

• Your account is marked for deletion and you are signed out everywhere.
• Any Quest Pass is cancelled at the end of the paid period with no further charges.
• You have 30 days to change your mind. Sign in during that time to restore your account.
• After 30 days your save and files are deleted. An anonymised purchase ledger is kept as required for tax records.

Uninstalling the extension

Uninstalling does not delete your cloud save. We keep it for 90 days so you can reinstall and carry on.
