How to cancel Quest Pass

You can cancel Quest Pass at any time. You keep every perk until the end of the period you already paid for.

Cancel in two steps

1. Sign in and open Account > Purchases.
2. In the Subscription card choose Cancel. You will land in the secure billing portal where you can confirm.

The same portal lets you change your payment method and download invoices.

After you cancel

• You keep Quest Pass until the renewal date shown on the card.
• Your pets, coins and gems are never removed.
• You go back to 2 expedition slots and no daily bonus gems.

Cancelled by mistake?

Subscribe again from the Shop whenever you like. Nothing is lost in between.
