We want you to be happy with every purchase.

Gem packs

A gem pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the gems have not been spent.

Quest Pass

Cancelling Quest Pass refunds the unused part of a month if the charge was made in the last 48 hours. After that, you keep the perks until the period ends.

How to ask

Use Contact support or the Request a refund button on Account > Purchases. Include the date and item. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Statement name

Charges appear as the Pipling merchant name from our payment provider. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will sort it out quickly.
